We also make our pasta fresh every day. Chef Giorgia shops daily for the freshest seasonal ingredients. He does not use anything he hasn’t chosen himself. Our specialty is our seafood dishes. We get our fish fresh daily from Chef Giorgio’s father-n-law who owns Cosenza’s Fish Market Arthur Avenue in the Bronx. In addition to our seafood dishes, the Calamari Pocco Pazzo is the chef’s signature dish. It is a salad filled with crisped calamari, arugula, banana, avocado in a ginger-lime vinaigrette. Also quite popular are our meatballs, which are carefully crafted, flavorful and delicious.
