Chef Giorgio Giacinto, who calls his establishment an Authentic Calabrian Kitchen, where his parents were born and his food is inspired from, helms Da Giorgio’s. He trained throughout Italy where he learned both his art and the appreciation of fresh ingredients, which is a cornerstone to his success. He personally shops daily and creates specials based on the items that are at their peak flavor. Da Giorgio’s has been featured on the Food Network and comes highly recommend by Zagat and The New York Times. And has recently been awarded BEST CHEF & BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT by Westchester Magazine. The space is small, but his passion for quality & excellence is immeasurable.
